Don't look at the past, live in the present, and move towards the future

No matter how much luck in life, no matter how much misfortune,

It's all once upon a time,

It's all in the past.

Good and bad are all gone, all the good lucks and misfortunes were gone too, just like the rain outside,  wet and all soaked up, gone in the distance.

The beauty of the past is kept in the bottom of my heart, the sadness of the past is left behind in the mind, neither love nor hate

What is past is past, that person, that incident, that love, even you want to keep in your memory, it is just like cloud and smoke, gone with the wind.

Learn to forget, understand how to let go, 

In our life, we always move on to tomorrow after saying goodbye. so don't look at the past, live in the present and look forward to the  future.

 Treat Work As Enjoyment, You Will Try Your Best Effort. If we have good mood, then we will see all the good sceneries and enjoy our lives. Having a good eye sight, then only we can discover something good. As a human, we may not be pretty and handsome, but more important, we must be healthy. We may not be a great person, but as long as we are happy, it will be fine.  we should forget about the past, focus on the present and be optimistic about the future. When you realize, success will not glorify you, failure will not crush you, normal boring lifestyle will not drown you, you will stand at he pinnacle of life. in our training and meditation, if we can take in all the unhappiness of life, focus on our responsibilities and not on the profitability, we will be standing at the spiritual height. if you use forgiving mentality to look back, and hopeful mentality to look forward to the future, sympathetic heart looking at those below, appreciative of what we have and look up, you are standing at the pinnacle of your life mentally, You know you only live once, so when we go through all these, we must try to live up to what we preach and try to be at the height of these.
