Wisdom 109 - When Felt Tired & Distraught, Change Your Perspective Looking At The World

 When we feel depressed and down, try to change the environment and breath new air.

When you hesitate, try to change your mind set to choose.

When you feel distraught, to eliminate the problem, all you have to do is to change the way you look at the issue.

Instead of grumbling, change the way you look at the problem.

when you feel down and inferior, change your method to deal with the issue.

Most of the time, we do not seem to be able to overcome our own self inflicted problem , we tend to look at issue from the pre judged mind set.

Sometimes, all we need to do is to look at from another perspective.

At time, all we need to do is to think out of the box and the issue will seem very simple and straight forward.

Remember, it is not the end of the world, all we have to do is to look at it from another angle.

Chinese has a proverb which says - those who are not in it will look at things in a much clearer way.
