Daily Wisdom 16 - I Am Not Able To Do Is Just An Excuse?

Sometimes we come across this - Sorry, I am not able to do it.

Is it an excuse for not wanting to do?

Or is it just a polite way to reject some one seeking help from you?

This can also apply to ourselves when we are facing some problems and somehow do not manage to solve the problem.

We will give the reason that - I am not able to do it.

We let our emotion take over and avoid solving the problem.

IF we happen to encounter failure and some disappointments in our daily life or even working life,  and we decide to shut down, not interacting with others, our lives will become more miserable.

A little bit of failure already make us give up, that is a bad thing to do, worse if we decide to blame others and shut out others from our life and become isolated, we will not able to solve the problem we faced.

On the contrary, to solve problem sometimes, it is better to interact more with others, by having conversation with others, it may trigger your thought and some useful tips may come to your mind.

IF we want to have a colorful and wonderful life, it is important that we need to sacrifice a bit, forget about this phrase - 'I am not able to do' and reach out to others and look at things from wider perspective..

Adopt the mantra - I can do it, it is possible for me to do it.

in this life, we are not competing with others, we are competing with ourselves.

Let happiness thwart our sadness.

Let our hard work defeat our laziness.

Tell ourselves, if we work hard and work diligently, we definitely will meet a better tomorrow and life is not that bad after all.
