we must try to live a simple life and be a practical person, instead of trying to fantasize what we want to be.

If we want to have a happy and carefree life, it is very simple.

all we need is two important materials or ingredients:

1. a simple life style.

2. having a gratifying heart.

if we can have these two ingredients and always grateful of what we have, we will have a very happy and satisfying life.

Therefore, we have to be realistic and satisfy with what we have, instead of trying to day dream and fantasize what we do not have, ended up being frustrated and disappointed.

at the end of the day, it may make us very miserable and unhappy.
