Use character to inspire others, use change to influence others.

Use the conditions to incite others,

Use strength to conquer others.

Use action to inspire others,

Use the sun to shine on others.

Demand yourself to do things related to your dreams every day,

Even if you only make improvement a little bit every day, stick to it and you will be the best and most outstanding person.

If we can stick to the above, we will be able to see how we can make use of our strength and  take a lead in inspiring others to greater height.

This is what a leader needs to do, a leader leads and NOT manage, however if we are not able to inspire and show people how good you are, then how are you going to be the leader?
