 Too smart and no way,

 Don't be too harsh on people,

 Too harsh without friends.

 losing out a bit is not an issue, let him have his way if he wants to, is not a big deal.

 every one wants to be respected,

 likewise, every one desires to be understood

Know how to make concessions, be generous, know tolerance, show generosity, learn to calm down, learn to hold back anger,

To endure in the face of dissatisfaction is not showing weakness, but tolerance, concessions are not incompetence, but generosity.

The problem is every one thinks just because you do not fight back, that means you are weak and can be bullied, they do not realize actually you just don't think it is worth your time to waste on garbage.

We have other better thing to do than dealing with troublemaker whose aim is to make you lose  your cool and annoy you.
