 Take responsibility for your emotions.

It is not an easy way to do so, but it is the best way for you to grow internally and mature emotionally.

We are not able to change the way people look at you or things that have happened.

However we can change the way we look at others and how we look at things that have happened.

Do not waste your precious time to dwell on those things that have happened , or cursing your luck on the misfortune supposedly on you.

On the contrary, we should use the positive energy generated to think of a way to face the issue.

We must have a clear mind to think of the steps we are going to take and how to move forward.

Before we deal with the right or wrong of any event, first we must clear our mind and control our emotion.

We must make sure we do not make any decisions at the height of our anger or make any angry comments.

Words, once said, we can not take it back, we may not have the intention to hurt people, it could be the words we said at a spur of our anger, but once it is said, it is too late.

It is just like the water we pour out, once it is out, we can not take it back.

so in order not to regret later of our actions, clear your mind and thought first, take a deep breath, before you want to open your mouth.

After all You Know You Only Live Once, so do not make any rash decision and alter any anger words when you are emotionally not in the right frame of mind.
